Purpose and description of the content of education:
The course aims to provide students with systematized knowledge in the field of psychological aspects of leadership and to show its practical application in various areas of social life (including politics and economy). During the course, students learn the key leadership attitudes and competencies necessary to use their potential and that of other organization members effectively.
