Moduł ma za zadanie przedstawić logikę jako dyscyplinę filozoficzną, zaznajomić z typowymi pojęciami, problematyką oraz narzędziami logiki praktycznej. Moduł ma rozwijać umiejętności w zakresie poprawnego wnioskowania oraz jasnego wyrażania myśli, służy poznaniu metod i narzędzi użytecznych zarówno w komunikacji międzyludzkiej, jaki i w działalności naukowej.
