Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the diploma seminar is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out a full research process, the final result of which is to prepare by the graduate (with the help and supervision of the supervisor) an independent, written statement corresponding to the canons of the relevant academic texts. As part of the seminar, participants prepare to conduct research on a selected topic from the field of study. The seminar enables the acquisition of knowledge and skills that allow the independent recognition, analysis and formulation of conclusions from the conducted research studies. The specificity is full personalization of the process of supporting graduates in writing their own bachelor thesis and assisting them in preparing for the diploma exam. An important element of the seminar is the formation of an attitude of conscientious and systematic approach to tasks, critical thinking, respect for intellectual property and belief in the need for continuous self-improvement.
