Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the diploma seminar is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out a full research process, the final result of which is to prepare by the graduate (with the help and supervision of the supervisor) an independent, written statement corresponding to the canons of the relevant academic texts. As part of the seminar, participants prepare to conduct research on a selected topic from the field of study. They receive methodological and substantive assistance, allowing them to master the methodology of writing a bachelor’s thesis, taking into account its formal aspects, including formulating a research problem, choosing the right research method, collecting and analysing sources, mastering the technique of writing a scientific text or using the right conceptual apparatus.
