Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the class is to familiarize the student with the principles and institutions of administrative procedure and to discuss them. During the course of the class, the stages of administrative proceedings and the various forms of administrative decisions are discussed with particular emphasis on the practical aspect of administrative procedure.
