Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the classes carried out as part of the module is to present and explain to students the specificity of contemporary (21st century) international political relations, i.e. the conditions and mechanisms of exercising power in relations between participants in international relations and the dependencies between them. As part of the module, students will mainly learn about the following topics: - the specificity of the external activity of states and the specificity of international relations, - the most important theories (visions, concepts, approaches) describing and explaining international relations, - participants (entities) of international relations, - objectives, conditions, instruments of foreign policy of states, - sources of law in international relations, - UN and the United Nations system, - the most important international organizations and political groupings of countries in the modern world, - the most important political and military conflicts in the world in the 21st century
