Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł Biomateriały ma umożliwić studentowi/studentce orientowanie się w specyficznych właściwościach i strukturze materiałów metalicznych, ceramicznych, polimerowych i węglowych a także kompozytów do zastosowań w medycynie. Dzięki temu student/studentka powinna uzyskać umiejętności doboru odpowiednich materiałów do danych zastosowań, kształtowania ich właściwości poprzez dobór składu chemicznego i fazowego, zastosowanie odpowiedniej obróbki termomechanicznej a także modyfikacji powierzchni.
