Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł trening interpersonalny służy zwiększeniu poziomu zaufania i otwartości osób w grupie. Celem zajęć jest zdobycie przez osoby studiujące wiedzy dotyczącej świadomości funkcjonowania w grupie, doskonalenie kompetencji komunikacyjnych i umiejętności pracy w zespole, a szczególnie zdolności rozwiązywania problemów interpersonalnych i radzenia sobie z konfliktami. Osoby studiujące mają poznać dynamikę procesu grupowego oraz typowe role ujawniające się w grupach. Zajęcia mają charakter warsztatowy.
