Na wykładach student poznaje aktualne akty prawne: Prawo wodne i Ramową Dyrektywę Wodną, Prawo ochrony środowiska, Prawo geologiczne i górnicze. Na konwersatorium student nabywa umiejętności stosowania zapisów Prawa ochrony środowiska i Prawa geologiczno-górnicze w praktyce.
