Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu zapoznanie studiujących z wybranymi narzędziami i technikami pracy oraz wprowadzenie do specyficznych reguł komunikacji stosowanej w coachingu. Ma charakter ćwiczeń praktycznych opartych na metodologii cyklu Kolba realizowanych w parach lub na forum grupy. Moduł podejmuje zagadnienia związane z kształtowaniem zdolności aktywnego słuchania, zadawania poprawnych pytań, poszerzania perspektyw ujmowania określonego zagadnienia, określania celów zgodnie z metodologią modelu SMART. Prezentuje wiedzę dotyczącą reguł rządzących porozumiewaniem się w werbalnym i pozawerbalnym wymiarze komunikacji coachingowej. Studenci zaznajamiają się z zastosowaniem narzędzi coachingowych, ich celami, kontekstem użycia, prawidłowym sposobem prowadzenia refleksji z klientem po wykonaniu ćwiczenia. Istotną częścią zajęć jest wspólna analiza i dyskusja, elementy demonstrowania technik przez wykładowcę.
