Description: | The course presents a variety of methods of microbiological control of the environment for sanitary purposes. Occurrence of pathogenic bacteria in water, air and soil. It provides the knowledge of indicators of sanitary water pollution, carrying out surface contamination, clothing and equipment control. The course gives knowledge about cleanliness control in production plants, the HACCP system and sanitary zones as well as methods of preventive and repair activities |
