Description:
The diploma seminar aims to familiarize the student with the requirements applicable to the implementation of the research work, guide the student in creating his diploma thesis, methodological and substantive assistance in the diploma thesis's performance. Work methods: lecture, talk, explanation, seminar, work with a book and a magazine, presentation. The completion of the diploma seminar is based on the assumptions made. In the first semester of the first-cycle diploma seminar, the condition for obtaining credit is to choose the BA thesis topic and prepare an outline of this thesis, and, if possible, write at least one of the chapters or its part. The final condition for passing the last semester of the seminar in the third year of studies is writing a diploma thesis and its acceptance by the supervisor.
Prerequisites:
The student should have basic linguistic knowledge in academic writing in English.
