Description:
The aim of the course is legal character and evolution of the structure of the European Union (European Communities), origins, essence, goals and principles of the EU CFSP. Students have knowledge of institutions operating within the CFSP (their competences regarding CFSP) and selected aspects of CFSP / CSDP implementation.
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge on European integration, the functioning of the EU and contemporary international relations (after 1945).
