Description: | The aim of the course is to describe and characterize the personal conditions and the role of interpersonal relations in relation to, among others, the issue of leadership in international organizations. Students will become acquainted with various practices related to this issue, applied in international work environments - creating organizational structures, effective people management, developing organizational strategies, talent management in a team. |
