Celem modułu jest zapoznanie studentów ze struktura instytucjonalną Unii Europejskiej. zasadami funkcjonowania instytucji i organów Unii Europejskiej. Studenci nabywają wiedzę na temat zasad funkcjonowania instytucji i organów UE. Zapoznają się również ze strukturą instytucji, ich, składem, trybem powołania i kompetencjami.
