Description:
In this course, students will gain basic knowledge of modern post-production. The classes will be divided into parts, during which subsequent issues will be introduced: film stock and its processes, contemporary film cameras, film set operations in terms of data - the roles of DIT and DW, modern post-production workflows for TV series and feature films, color correction and current possibilities of tools in post-production, visual effects, mastering, distribution and archiving, as well as cost construction related to the post-production of a film/TV series. The classes will cover technical, organizational, and financial issues that will allow students to navigate the meanders of post-production. The knowledge gained in this course will help students find employment in post-production studios, as post supervisors, or as post-production managers for a film production company.
Prerequisites:
The student knows about the periods of film production and has communication skills.
