W ramach praktyki zawodowej studenci zapoznają się ze sposobami funkcjonowania tłumaczy na rynku pracy, a w szczególności poszukiwania i znalezienia pracodawcy, udziału w rozmowie wstępnej/kwalifikacyjnej, negocjowania warunków. Poznają obowiązki służbowe na wybranym stanowisku pracy, gdzie uzyskują możliwość wykorzystania wiedzy i umiejętności nabytych w czasie studiów. W ramach obowiązków służbowych wykonują tłumaczenia pisemne oraz ustne z języka angielskiego na polski oraz z języka polskiego na angielski
