Description: | The aim of the module is to familiarise the student with the laws of effective leadership, also in a culturally diverse environment. The student will acquire skills related to creating an organizational culture, motivation techniques, leveraging co-worker commitment factors. In addition, you will understand the importance of delegation and feedback, change and conflict management. |
